Whipped Garlic Herb Butter
I used Minerva Dairy Amish Roll butter for this recipe. It’s delicious on it’s own, but with some added garlic and herbs it makes the perfect accompaniment to steak, veggies, and low carb breads.

Ingredients
- 8 ounces quality salted butter, softened
- 1 tablespoon heavy cream
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh basil, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon oregano (fresh or dried)
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
Instructions
- In a stand mixer, combine butter and cream. Beat on medium-low speed until light and fluffy, about 3 minutes.
- Add remaining ingredients and continue to beat until well combined.
- Store in an airtight container.
