Low Carb Chocolate Chip Cookies
This keto-friendly cookie recipe is easy to make and packs a lot of chocolatey goodness into less than 2 net carbs.

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup (125g) natural peanut butter
- 1/2 cup (125g) almond butter
- 1 ounce (28g) cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup Swerve or other sweetener (more for sweeter cookies)
- 1 teaspoon sugar free vanilla or caramel flavored syrup (optional)
- 1 tablespoon coconut flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 large egg
- 1/2 cup low carb chocolate chips or pieces
- 1/4 cup chopped nuts (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325F.
- Combine coconut flour, sweetener, and baking powder in a small bowl and set aside.
- In another bowl, mix together peanut butter, almond butter, cream cheese and vanilla extract/syrup until well combined.
- Add egg and dry ingredients and stir until a dough forms.
- Mix in chocolate and nuts (optional).
- Spoon balls of cookie dough onto a nonstick baking sheet or silicone mat. Flatten with a spoon or spatula before baking.
- Bake at 325F for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
