Keto Pimento Cheese Baked Chicken
One of my favorite things about my keto pimento cheese recipe is how versatile it is! You can use it as a dip or spread, melt it down for some delicious keto nachos, or even use it as a part of another recipe entirely like this keto pimento cheese baked chicken! It’s super easy to make. Just sear and season the chicken, top with keto pimento cheese, and then bake!
The cheese keeps the chicken from drying out and adds a lot of flavor. A simple blend of spices ups the flavor factor even more. After about 20 minutes in the oven, this easy keto chicken recipe makes the perfect main dish to serve with your favorite low carb sides. Keep it simple with steamed broccoli, or mix it up a bit with cilantro lime cauliflower rice.

Keto Pimento Cheese Baked Chicken
Equipment
Ingredients
- 4 portions skinless boneless chicken breast 5-7 ounces
- 1 cup keto pimento cheese
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Chicken Seasoning
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp oregano
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper optional
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375F.
- Combine all seasoning ingredients, and season both sides of each chicken breast.
- Heat olive oil in oven-safe skillet over medium high heat.
- Once oil is hot, add seasoned chicken breast and sear for 3 minutes on each side. Remove from heat.
- Spread about 1/4 cup of keto pimento cheese over each chicken breast.
- Bake in preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through (165F internal temperature).
